I bought this refrigerator at Lowes in May 2017 and by August 2019 it started having water pooling up in the bottom of the refrigerator. I have looked online and in the manual that came with the fridge, but can find no solution. We had to clean up the water several times a day. I called 2 service technicians in my area and it will cost at least $225 just for them to walk through the door and more for whatever repair is needed. We are now in the process of looking for another refrigerator. They really don't make things like they used to. Sad...

If you decide to purchase this make sure you buy an extended warranty!!!My refrigerator started leaking inside after a few months. Nothing is clogging the drain and all connections are tight. I have a bowl in the back of my refrigerator to catch the leaking water. Also, the outside has small little rust spots. This refrigerator came new with my home when I purchased it. I contacted Frigidaire. They gave me a link to local repair companies. Rep stated after I have it repaired they can offer me an extended warranty to purchase. No thank you. I am going to buy another brand

Everything is good with this refrigerator except for the fact that there is a hole in the stainless steel bottom refrigerator door. I have been to customer service twice now and they still send me the wrong part. Maybe I am not describing this hole properly. This hole is in the stainless steel of the door, it is perfectly round about the diameter of a pencil. I know there should be something to cover this hole. I can't get this problem fixed.

Very happy with it!I chose this refrigerator because it had to fit inside the wooden cabinet that had been built around our previous refrigerator. This size fit and it provides ice, keep things either cool or frozen and (hopefully) will be reliable. Also my magnets still attach to the "stainless" front. It has everything that I needed and at a very good price. What's not to like? Also the men who delivered it and set it up were superb--very careful and polite and efficient. AND my old frig died on a Thursday and my new one arrived Saturday morning. Yes, I am very pleased.

I purchased a motor coach and your full size refrigerator and freezer was installed in it, We haven't gotten to really use it a whole lot yet due to an electrical issue which was not caused by your product.
