Beautiful unit, easily set up and runs silently. Shelves are not actually wide enough to place bottles top to bottom across the shelf, so it does not hold the number of bottles advertised unless you have very skinny bottles. But it does what I bought it to do, hold and store at correct temperature.

I got the dreaded E9 error. Was about to look into ways to repair the unit either myself or by a technician but it seems that it's a lost cause. Too bad. I really like the look of it. The functionality was ok considering the shelves didn't really work that well. The sad part is that I almost exclusively buy Frigidaire appliances when I can because I've had good luck with them in the past. The unit lasted a little over 5 years. Seems I'm lucky compared to most other people here. Now I have an attractive but very heavy paperweight.

Bought this about two weeks ago. Very attractive design and quiet operation. Shelves are a little tricky to use but I got used to it. Keeps accurate temperature within a couple of degrees. Just check it with a kitchen thermometer after it has run for 24 hours to adjust as needed. I set mine at 55F.

I bought this Summary wine cooler about 5-6 years ago though am not a wine drinker. Has been working great until i started hearing a beep sound, I tried unplugging which temporarily stopped the beeping, then it completely stopped working. I contact customer care and since its out of warranty no one can help me. Google search and youtube pointed to the compressor start relay and overloaded. I replace both and still the fans turn on, the lights inside and on the control display comes on but the digital temperature numbers only shows part of the numbers. I now i think its the display control but can't get any help and can't find the exact model to fit the space it was built for. At this point am not sure if I would buy another Frigidaire product. I Gave it a 3 start because it worked for the 6 years with little use but the fact multiple parts seems to be failing at the same time gives me doubt about this product and manufactor

As many others have stated, this thing will die on you eventually. Mine managed to make it about 4 1/2 years. I noticed it was a little louder than usual and then opened the door to feel a blast of warm air leave the fridge. I checked the compressor and it was extremely hot. As I researched it seems like either the refrigerant somehow leaked out, or the compressor died. Poor quality to last such a short time. As others have also said, the shelves on this unit also suck compared to other fridges.

Arrived ™brand new™ with broken internal fan. Had to get repair person out even before ever using it. Repair was made and it now runs but sounds like a lawnmower in my kitchen. Going to need to replace with a higher end brand. Would not recommend.

Poorly designed shelf mounting. When pulled out, shelves tend to tip forward almost allowing bottles to fall out. Roller bearings would not add too much to the cost and it would be much easier to access the bottles.

This was great when we got it at Lowe's. Thankfully it was on sale. It looked really nice and the wood face shelves were nice. It was really quiet. It did seem to be a little bit on the warm side. It fit perfectly under our built in space in the butler's pantry and looked great. Unfortunately the unit stopped cooling a few weeks ago, after 3.5 years; I tried to replace the starter relay and it didn't work. The compressor and fan seemed ok. The refrigerant is a bit of a pain on a closed system so I stopped and decided to junk it. The warranty should be longer on a Gallery product and I wish I had bought Lowe's appliance protection but it was 1/3 the cost of the cooler. I'm sure a repair job would be half the cost of a new one so we decided to junk it. Not happy it didn't last 4 years being a premium Gallery product. We bought another Frigidaire wine cooler (non Gallery) 2 weeks ago to replace with the dual zone. Not as fancy but it was on sale at Best Buy and we bought the 4 year warranty since it was only $80. Hope it lasts.

This does a good job maintaining an even temperature. My only complaint is that the shelves are a bit difficult to pull in and out. You need to make sure they have slid all the way in or the door won't close properly

I bought the Fridgidaire Model FGWC5233TS in 2021 and it worked great for 2 years until it would no longer cool. The unit was located in a cool spot within the house and routinely cleaned. Now, the compressor lights off but only runs briefly. There's no way to really trouble shoot the issue,. I examined the parts and wiring diagrams, and if it is the rear control unit located by the compressor, the replacement cost is $250. The front control unit, which appears to run the touch screen at the door, costs $180. It's a crap shoot without any further information. I'll replace it with a more trustworthy model.

Like everyone else, this died after less than 2 years...will no longer cool. I had an appliance repairman come out, and like everyone else, it's sealed and cannot be replaced. Piece of garbage even though it looks really nice. Please do yourself and avoid this like the plague.

Unit is out of warranty, and suddenly the compressor will not start. The unit had not been moved since installed as part of a complete kitchen renovation, and still looks new. No dust under the unit, super clean condenser and fan. Called the support number that everyone that left a review is asked to call and was offered to get a repairman come out. I asked for the price of the repair, and they said the repairman will determine that. I declined the repair.The fridge turns on, fan runs, but no power goes to the compressor, which means that the control board or a control board input is faulty. Or the board is programmed to stop the compressor after 2 years.So Frigidaire, you have my email, email me and tell me what the deal is!

I like tons of other revues was fooled into thinking this wine cooler was a good quality because of the gallery label. Mine broke just one year after the one year warranty expired. I just like everyone else was shocked to see what junk I purchased.To make things worse when I called Electrolux to explain everyone complained of the same thing- that they paid $100 for a service call only to be told ™ sorry™¦ the cooling system is a sealed unit and cannot be repaired. I explained to Electrolux that I didn™™t mind paying the $100 service call fee if the unit could then be repaired by me spending more money! I felt if they were just going to tell me like on other reviews that it was unrepairable that it was unfair to lose another $100. I purchased a complete 4 piece appliance package for my new kitchen and it certainly was NOT from Frigidaire/ electrolux because obviously they don™™t care anything about designing and building quality products. Read all the other reviews saying the same thing and beware of the horrible design and quality of this wine cooler
