New home purchased in May came equipped with beautiful Frigidaire appliance. 3 months in the microwave emitted a burnt Bakolite-type order and quit heating. When I spoke with support I was advised there was no service available in my area, this would be escalated to the Back Office and action would be taken within 24-48 hours. A week later, when I called in again I was advised a replacement had been authorized and sent to my ™€œbuilder.™€ I was finally able to get a name and phone number of WHO was advised because it wasn™€™t me. I called the business the next day. They had no record of the replacement or anything to do with my unit. I provide them with the Replacement # I got from the phone rep and was advised they would look deeper into this and get back with me before the end of day. Now another day later, still nothing. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I have 4 brand new Frigidaire appliance and cannon recommend any of them.

Heats up food great, not too fast or hot but also not slow. I have a child so food can never be too hot for them. My only complaint is it beeps at you every 30 seconds once the cook time is done to get the food out. Sometimes I just can™€™t get to it for a couple minutes so the beeping gets old real fast.

Just purchased, but very impressed. Smart controls, very quiet, and looks great. Like the bright light inside while cooking so you can see progress w/o opening. And the stop control retains the balance of the cook time if you do stop it. Seems to also cook faster than my previous LG. Also like the easy access to the charcoal filter so you don't have to disassemble anything. Its new so hopefully it proves the test of time, longer than the 3 years of my last microwave.
