After 17 years of usage it was time to replace our built-in microwave. This white on white microwave was the perfect selection to replace the appliance in our white/white custom kitchen. The model met all the parameters we were looking for. No stainless steel for us. Looks better than the old one and on top of the my wife loves it.

This is a quiet and bright microwave. This is compared to the older microwave it replaced.The surface light is brighter and placed better. The clock numbers are brighter, and the inside light is brighter. We have not yet used all of the features, but it is doing great so far.

Our new microwave is a nice addition to our kitchen. It is very nice looking and easy to use. The table turns a couple of seconds per second slower than our previous model, but that does not affect the heating. Love it.

Works. Can™™t find new microwave with the door that doesn™™t swing wider than the frame at local big box stores. This was the base model, not all the bells and whistles that you can get with for the same price but I can open the door to 90° so it works.

I have had this microwave for about a week now and I am happy with it. The microwave that I replaced was a Frigidaire also and I had that one for about 30 years. There are a few differenced between the old one and the new one but the new one is just a easy to use. One of the biggest differenced is that the clock is much brighter on the new one so I can finally see it. I hope it lasts for 30 years as well.

I was in need of over the range microwave and I had bought a Frigidaire refrigerator few years ago and its working great so far. This attracted me to look for a microwave from the same company. So I checked online and there were a lot of good options. Then I went to RC willey and physically checked the microwave. I checked different models and picked the model I bought but it was not available on white at store. So the store associate helped me to order it and and I received it within 3 days. It is working great and my whole family loves it. We™™re getting everything we™™re expecting from a microwave. Easy to use with different functions we need.

I recently had to replace a 15 year old over the range microwave. I went to my locally owned appliance dealer and they recommended the Frigidaire brand. I am very pleased with the product it is just what I wanted, something uncomplicated to use mainly to warm up leftovers, steam vegtables, melt butter for baking, and other simple tasks. This microwave is garbage. I replaced an old Frigidaire microwave with this one and the handle broke off after three months. I am still waiting for warranty replacement. When I reach out to Frigidaire for replacement parts they have few answers and no action. I would like them to come take this back and pick a new brand. Additionally, I recently replaced a broken Frigidaire refrigerator with a new brand. My Frigidaire stove also has a burner that does not work properly. I am weary of these products completely at this point and I may just have it all hailed away and cut my loses.

Surprisingly quiet. Very good so far. Totally different, in a very good way, than the 23 year old GE. Looks better too. I did not like the very flimsy and to me maybe dangerously so, mounting bracket for the lower back. Other than that, everyone here loves it. Maybe a lasting of 23 years. GE reviews were the reason I bought this one. Wife doesn™™t like the single light.

We really like our microwave. It's quiet and heats up food quickly. Unfortunately, we purchased I from Best Buy and their service was terrible. We purchased it the beginning of February. Took approximately 2 weeks to come in. It was damaged. Had to return it and reorder it. Took even longer to come in. We were never notified when either one came in and was ready for pick up. Best Buy is not a recommended store to sell your products. Will give Frigidaire a bad reputation.

I purchased this Frigidaire over the range microwave to replace the GE model I had. MY refrigerator and range are both Frigidare products and I wanted to match them all, besides this microwave had better reviews. I have only two issues, 1. the LED lighting inside the product is okay BUT I find the clock numbers difficult to read and have since left it off. 2. I was disappointed the lower lighting only has one setting verses the two setting (high/low) offered on the GE product. I am finding this product has MANY more functional options than I expected, like 10 power settings. I'm learning new uses like defrosting which I never used on the GE. I think its just going to take some time to get use to the changes. It works great. I'm just the type that finds change difficult.
