Perfect size for my elderly mother and myself. Turbo freeze feature gets it cooled down fast and the drawers and door shelves are great for organizing it.

Yes, it is a average looking, garage-ready, upright freezer BUT the size is perfect for the space we have allotted and it comes with quality electronic controls, adjustable glass shelves and plastic baskets which provide plenty of storage capacity. I love that it is an upright freezer. I used to have a box freezer, digging through to find what you need, and getting frost bites. This upright concept is so simple to organize and you can effortlessly clean it if you need to. I have different frozen categories that I can organize and find easily. We got this freezer installed almost 2 weeks ago and love it so far. Perfect for 2-3 people and easy to move. Turbo freeze button (for cooking when first installed) worked like advertised. Only (minor) complaint I have is it creates such a tight seal when closing the door, that when you next open the door, the freezer moves. We've rectified that by holding on to the freezer with one hand while opening the door with the other.

Disclaimer: We just got our fridge last week!
So far, it's Ice cold and has tons of room for food! Shelving and drawers are solid and work well!
The locking mechanism on our freezer doesn't line up with the cutout on the unit, so it doesn't really lock at all. That's the only drawback, but to be fair, it wasn't a feature we HAD to have.

We've had the freezer for over a month now. Put a few items in it initially an everything stayed to temp (0 degrees). Loaded a 1/4 cow frozen into freezer and set off the alarm for being too warm. Must have left door open too long. Reset alarm and everything seemed fine. Got some ice cream out two days later and the ice cream was very soft! Hope this corrects itself.

So far I've only had this freezer for a month, but it has performed well. Even though it has been super hot out, the freezer does not run all the time like my old one did, so it must have much better insulation on it. Plus, an alarm goes off it if gets too hot. Very easy to level and start to use. Received excellent reviews from Consumer Reports!

Suffice to say that my dear dead freezer was 22 years old when it went to the freezer graveyard. This new freezer is bigger and brighter with see through shelving that makes it easier to identify packages. Very happy with an upper pull out shelf and a large one on the bottom.

Had a chest type freezer for many years. So hard to find what you need/have stored in it. Since we bought the stand up freezer, finding everything is so easy. This freezer has a GREAT alarm system when the door is left open (some household members just can't grasp closing the door ALL THE WAY). It keeps everything very cold/frozen.

Our freezer was installed 5/14/22 and we are happy with the performance. Although it is a garage unit, we have it in our home. We initially had it set for 6 degrees F but lowered it to 0 as the ice cream sandwiches seemed not cold enough. Read online that freezers should be at zero degrees F. Easy to set. Purchased a freezer thermometer as a backup and it's working well at the set temperature. Our first upright freezer. Did not want a chest as it's difficult to remember what's at the bottom of the freezer and you end up with frozen hands digging your way down.

Gets cold fast and is quiet compared to my old freezer. The door locks and it has a alarm if the temperature in the freezer gets to high or if someone does not close the door properly. Have it on my three season porch as this freezer is garage ready, so it should work well on the porch.
