We have been very happy with a number of Bosch products over the years. This refrigerator freezer is the best yet. Clean front, great attention to detail on the interior and the fresh produce drawer feature works fantasitc. Highly recommend this , best we've ever had and we have had all the higher priced designer refrigrator freezers along the way!!

We bought this particular model because he wanted something that was counter-depth, and had no handles outside the surface of the doors. It's smaller than our previous refrigerator. But we've learned to make some adjustments. It was sort of a trade off going with the counter depth refrigerator, but I like the sleeker lined and like I said it looks like a built-in unit. It also matches our Bosch dishwasher.

We're so happy we purchased this counter depth model. There is plenty of storage and all shelves and drawers are easy to access. The inside is well lit and the exterior has a clean, sleek look that goes well with our overall kitchen design. Best appliance purchase ever!!

The alarm is necessary on this appliance as the doors don't completely close all the way so several times a day I hear the alarm and have to go push the doors closed.

We picked this for 3 reasons: Bosch's reputation, the vegetable drawer and the lack of handles. The veggie drawer is ingenious; I love being able to use frequently-used items without opening the entire cabinet. I hoped that the finger-slots woud minimize fingerprints on the doors, and I was not disappointed. There are so many fewer prints, it looks good all the time, and the doors are easily cleaned with a steel-cleaner and microfiber cloth. A small but great feature is the interior water dispenser. I did not want a big "hole" on the front but the dispenser has turned out to be a very useful feature. The freezer section is mostly very functional, but having the middle drawer pull out with the whole drawer is a little annoying, though I've gotten used to it. The one big annoyance, a true design flaw, is that the right refrigerator door does not close autmatically - one has to push it shut. The fact that the door beeps when it is not fully closed (but it won't close itself) speaks to the fact that the engineers know it's a flaw but didn't figure out how to fix it. 5 stars for appearance. 3 stars for functionality go up to 4 because the "grab" doors are so much better than exterior handles.

We love this fridge! The space is great and being able to adjust the shelves is very helpful! Our produce definitely is lasting longer. Also the ice maker is awesome and quiet and the fact the ice and water dispenser are on the inside gives the fridge a beautiful look.

We purchased our Bosch refrigerator about 2 years ago. Overall, we like it. The interior is a perfect layout for us and I love the middle drawer. We've had one service call, because the gasket ripped in the middle. I swear the top just really doesn't seal well. Overall, we are very pleased with this refrigerator. I love the way it looks...but...next time, I would get the one with handles. Fingerprints every day have to be wiped off.

the fridge is very nice and love the slow-close doors and the ice-maker. the pull out door on the top section is too weak and fragile though. also the very top part of the fridge get a little dark (not enough light gets to it). love the reminders on the internet when the kids leave the doors open...

This our first Bosch appliance, we are extremely pleased with quite performance of this refrigerator, along with the storage capacity. The Wi-Fi feature is nice as we travel frequently and confirming that all is well with appliance is reassuring. I would certainly consider the purchase of another Bosch product when the situation presents itself.

We have had this fridge for about two years and can say that we really love it. The one complaint I have is that it shows fingerprints very easily. As far as the overall look and aesthetic of the fridge, it looks great in our kitchen and we get compliments on it all the time. The middle drawer is awesome for drinks and small snacks that would normally take up space in the main compartment. The water dispenser is sleek and easy to get to while not being on the exterior of the door. All of the accessories that came with the fridge are very useful, such as the ice scoop and flex bar attachments. The freezer has tons of room and I love the drawers that are hidden at the top.
Overall, this fridge is awesome and very pretty. We love it and wouldn't want any other fridge!

This product has met all of my expectations. Even tempurature through out the fresh food drawer and main compartment. The shelves and compartment spaces were engineered perfectly for adjustable storage solutions for both large containers of beverages to the smallest everyday use compartments. The Freezer design with the drawers and bins allow maximum frozen food storage. The compressors and evaporators are much quieter than other refrigerators.

The Bosch refrigerator is a very nice looking cabinet depth unit. Since it is cabinet depth, it has less space than a standard unit but that is to be expected. We have had it for a month so really nothing significant to report one way or the other. We did notice that the ice market seems to make too much ice and the ice sometimes falls behind the pull out drawer. Since it is small, you also have to be careful that the door actually closes. We have already had an issue with that aspect. The WiFi connect is a nice feature and it sent us a message that the freezer door was open.
Overall, I would recommend this product for a couple that is looking for a great looking refrigerator and that doesn't need a lot of space.

It has an eye appealing appearance. It has a generous amount of space inside and includes adjustable shelves. Love the water inside the refrigerator door. Also love the ice tray in the freezer. I purchased the counter depth model. I am extremely happy with my purchase and wish that I had found Bosch earlier in life.

Refrigerator was purchased less than a year ago. The ice maker has now stopped working twice in a 3 month timespan. The first time was under warranty and the technician replaced the entire icemaker unit with a new one. Less than 3 months later, the icemaker stopped working again. When it's working, the refrigerator is great! The layout is spacious and easy to use. The stay fresh drawers keep produce fresh for ages longer than our last refrigerator. As others note, both doors do not self closing, which does mean it takes a little extra effort to close the doors. While I love the refrigerator part of this appliance, I can't recommend purchasing this it based on the lousy icemaker.

I wanted to love this, but there are just too many annoyances. If you can overlook how awkward it is to fit in large items like multiple gallons, you have to deal with the sliding drawers that don't quite slide, the water dispenser that splashes all over the inside of the fridge, and the freezer drawers that are all shallower than expected and all slide out together.

This is otherwise a solid appliance. It works, it looks great, controls are intuitive and there is enough storage. Shelves can be rearranged to adjust space.
If it was silent, it would be 5/5. It is not. When the motor is on, it makes a ringing noise. As if a school bell was ringing two buildings down the street. It is not a loud sound, but in the evening and night when it is otherwise quiet, it keeps us awake. It penetrates through walls and generally speaking makes me crazy. According to the store that sold it it is as expected - a service person came and took a look at it. It does not appear to be faulty. Our previous appliance was virtually quiet - just a humming sound.

Overall, we like this Bosch refrigerator (B36CL80ENS) which was bought just over 2 years ago. Just recently, the ice maker stopped working. In the end, we spend over USD500 (parts + labor) to have it fixed. We are very disappointed for such a nice brand/product to have such a performance. We just don't know how many malfunction ice makers we will experience in the future :-(

After frustration with a problematic refrigerator from another brand, we wanted something dependable and trustworthy.
We had recently had a great experience with a Bosch dishwasher, so we looked into Bosch refrigerators.
We loved the modern design right away. It's just got a classic look that doesn't get old.
It's got a very spacious customizable interior. The fridge just gets out of your way and lets you store things how you want to store them.
The wireless connectivity has saved us a couple times already as we get alerted when our children leave the freezer door ajar.
We love our Bosch fridge! Highly recommended!

I've had top of the line from Kitchenaid, GE and this is another world. The interior is so much easier to clean, glass shelves, lighting, spacing. I grew up overseas, and cannot believe I waited so long to return to this fabulous brand I remember!

Have only had the refrigerator for a few weeks, but i love everything about it. I was concerned about the smaller storage capacity, but i haven't even noticed it yet. Everything is so well organized, that i don't have things disappearing into the depths of the back of the fridge. I also appreciate the notifications when i don't shut the door completely. has only happened a couple of times...the right side has a tendency to be harder to close because of the overlapping seal...but it is good to know I'll know if it doesn't close completely

I love the sleek look of this refrigerator. All the more because it sits right inside the back door to our kitchen. However, the ice maker started acting up less than a year into us having the refrigerator. We and the tech Bosch sent out were able to get it working again the first few times it went out, but I've now given up and make my ice by hand. Disappointing. I won't buy another.

Our old refrigerator went out, motor wouldn't stop and it wore out.
My wife wanted a refrigerator made in the US. While I was gone that weekend, she bought this Bosch.
I first thought she just bought a semi-expensive refrigerator that she liked. I've gotten to really like it.
It's quiet, as in I never hear it, except for open door alarms.
I connected to it on wi-fi and I get info on it. It's helpful.
The ice is great ice that doesn't tend to stick together after a couple days. I can also customize the temperature so it isn't so hard and the same thing for ice cream. All of the different compartments can have custom temperatures.
It's attractive and visitors like it.
On the negative side, sometimes it's hard to close the door, expecially the right one with the fold in that seals it better. The doors and the freezer slide out have to be consiosly closed. Also, when you use the bottom drawer, both doors have to be open to open the drawer. I wish it had 2 side by side drawers instead.
Stainless steel is nice but, though fingerprint resistant, we keep something close do wipe the prints off.
Overall I am happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to friends.

Love this fridge! I can finally organize everything in the refrigerator thanks to Bosch appliances! I love the separate drawer for cheese or meat. The freezer is great! The most perfect ice cubes and room for all freezer necessities. The Vita Fresh Pro draw is amazing keeping my fruits and veggies fresh longer then usual! I keep all the produce organized with clear acrylic separators which is fantastic! Highly recommend it. My entire kitchen after renovating is only Thermador and Bosch! I do though need to upgrade to the Bosch microwave! Thank you for the amazing appliance!

We purchased this refrigerator almost 4 years ago. It has not let us down once. We find it easy to clean and we like the counter depth a lot. Nothing gets lost or forgotten in the rear of the refrigerator and what is there is easier to get too vs and deeper refrigerator. The veggie grader is always full of fresh veggies and the freezer with three ares is excellent!! Our entire family is envious.

I have had a Bosch dishwasher for 15 years and love it! So when it came time to replace it (because of remodel, NOT because it has slowed down at all!) I headed straight for Bosch. Bosch engineering at its best with this refrigerator. Our food is staying fresher longer, the lighting makes to color of the food appear more appetizing, the drawers are of higher build quality than similarly priced Samsung and LG refrigerators, the configuration of shelving and drawers in the freezer and refrigerator compartments utilizes space very well.
The only down size is the height is not standard, we were lucky and had a 72" height cabinet but our friends won't be able to fit this in their kitchen because their cabinets are only 69" tall.

Beautiful fridge, movable shelves are great. Two big misses on this fridge are how difficult is is to have the doors close properly. They require a push to close frequently and often are not noticed until the alarm goes off. Second, the clear vegetable drawer inside the top portion FREQUENTLY comes off the tracks and is so difficulr to get back on at the french doord dont open all the and block fixing it easily. I expected a little higher quality in these ares from bosch and it made me rethink a stove purchase.

I owned the refrigerator for 18 months and the finish on one of the doors started to discolor. I called Bosch for support and they told me that it is cosmetic and would only be covered under warranty for the first 30 days of ownership. We do not use cleaners or anything on the door just a rag with water. The quality of this product is garbage and the warranty is nonexistent.

We love the layout and performance of this fridge so much. The ice is perfect and the filtered water is really amazing -- it makes me miss my fridge when I travel for work. We use the middle drawer for produce and it works as advertised to keep produce fresh for longer than the usual fridge. Couldn't be happier with this purchase for our remodel.

We were originally looking at LG fridges and then at Café fridges. We thought about Bosch but didn't consider it until we saw our fridge in person. We immediately fell in love with it. We love the lighting inside, the compartments in the freezer, the ice maker is great, and we enjoy the customizable drawer. We use it for drinks and they're very cold.
