Have to say I'm very disappointed in this purchase. The Bosch Benchmark is supposed to be a premium series and this model does not include the Home Connect feature set. Ferguson Home tells me it's not their problem as it has already been delivered.
The less expensive Bosch 800 Series includes Home Connect. Would appreciate a free swap given I apparently overpaid for nothing more than a "logo"

We love the clean, knobless, appearance of the appliance. We don't need a microwave oven on the counter or over the range. The whole kitchen benefits from the contribution this appliance makes to the layout and style.
For convenience, you can't beat the microwave oven, always ready and not interfering with activity at the range. The oven can accomodate, and perfectly cook. the largest turkey for holiday gatherings.
The other features of both the microwave and the oven also receive many accolades from family and visitors. We are happy with our choice from BOSCH.

I love my new Bosch oven-micro combo. 1. I love that the panels can be locked for easy cleaning and safety. 2. I love the even heat of the electric oven. 3. I love the power and levels you can choose in the micro wave as well as the oven. I particularly love the proofing mode as I make a lot of bread. I really love the beauty of these two appliances together. They replaced a useless desk with a work station.

I spent over $4,000 on a built in microwave /oven combination in 2020. Every year since then I have had to replace the switches three times plus get a new door on the microwave.
Bosch would not stand behind their product even though it was the 5th service call to replace bad switches in five years.
This year I waited a couple months too long past their warranty and was charged $300 to put in a $25 part that took less than thirty minutes to replace. This is after replacing the exact same parts three times and a complete new door last year.
Do not buy this product.

Exceeds espectations. Convection Oven in the microwave as well. Comes with several racks and a pizza pan that fits in the microwave. So easy to operate and I love the big display. So happy with my choice as an avid cook!

For a product that costs almost $6,000, we have now spent over $2,500 replacing simple fuses due to a repair company needing two people to come and remove the device. Now the main control panel broke AND the door spring. How is this possible on a machine so expensive to be such junk? Bosch does nothing to help either and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I had this product installed just over a month ago. It takes an hour to preheat then toggles from preheat to bake and back. The microwave portion is very slow as well. We had a tech come out who thought an hour to preheat was acceptable or we could use the fast preheat which he thinks is accpetable at 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. This product should not be sold.

Both the standard oven and the microwave/oven work well. I was a little disappointed to find out tha this particular model did NOT have the airfryer. Given the price I would have thought it did. One thing that is inconvenient is that the top microwave door opens folding forward, and not sideways like most regular microwaves. It make getting items out of the oven awkward.

We've had this combo for a few years and the maintenance is so incredibly expensive or cumbersome to fix yourself. We've had to replace the control panel twice, microwave hinges, and stupid light bulbs.. Yes the light bulb in the microwave is incredibly difficult to replace. We even contacted a repair company to try to change it and they told us it wouldn't be worth the money to replace it because they would need a second person to come out to remove the whole unit from the wall. That is insanity! The hinges we're a huge pain to replace after the spring broke as well. It is impossible to get the plastic casing off the back of the door without breaking the internal plastic clips which means you then need to order a new plastic casing. Just money upon money owning this combo. Would never ever buy again.

Took a year to get and warranty is only good from date of purchase, should be from date of installation. Used the Speed Chef function and there is nothing fast about it, it takes longer to bake some items-the brownie function is worthless. Need better instructions in the manual. I've had this installed six months (warranty already expired) and had an issue with the fan on the oven staying in all night after using. Had to restart oven two times and cool down to get the fan to stop. The timer beeper is not loud enough even on the highest setting and I can hear it unless I'm standing right next to the oven. Overall, the basic features work well but I expected way more from this oven and it has not what I was expecting from this brand. Wish I feel I could have purchased something less expensive that works better or just as well.

I've just begun using my new microwave/oven and so far, am very happy with my purchase. I really enjoy all the wonderful features offered by the Microwave such as Speed Cook, Auto Defrost, Pizza. The appliance is very easy to program and use. As other people have said, the "ding" announcing completion of a function is very soft and if not standing in the vicinity of the oven, hard to hear. I've put it on max but with very little improvement. That's the only negative (minor annoyance) I've discovered so far. Thus far, I've only used the oven once because the Microwave, although smaller than the oven, offers many oven capabilities and preheats more quickly.
