I purchased my Smart TV approximately two weeks ago. Im glad I did. Im pleased with the product and the technical support that I needed. However there is one minor issue. There are numerous steps to get to the sleep/ timer setting. It would be nice to have that feature on the remote. Thank you

Bought tv for my bedroom. Love the picture Still trying to figure out the network settings....I can get all of my regular tv but still trying to figure out network settings to get the free channels...LG etc. Recently got internet and entered my credential for that but I must have gotten distracted 2 cats wanting attention so probably need to go back to finish. What are smart features ? Not Good at tech stuff

The quick set up instructions were good. The TV was very easy to customize the different features. The picture quality is excellent. The utility of the remote for programming is great.

purchased this tv for my bedroom. overall it does the trick. the only part i dont like is the remote control. i wish more buttons had different shapes or other distinguishing features. i often press the wrong button because they are all small close together and mostly shaped the same.

This TV provides excellent images on the screen. This is my first smart TV and I am disappointed to know I cannot obtain local news and weather without buying additional subscriptions. I am not interested in other smart TV options.

Im a big fan of LG TVs and this latest purchase just reinforces my loyalty to the brand. Sound and pic quality are excellent. Really like all the features esp the LG channels great for cord cutters. Have not experienced any issues with this or any of my other LG TVs. Reliability has been great.

Bought 32 TV to replace the other LG TV in our bedroom. It has great picture quality and sound however the legs need to be taller. We have a dvd player that fit well under the old TV so we could watch movies but the legs on this one are shorter so it no longer fits.

OK so when I first tried putting it up we worked on it for 3 hrs. I have Direct TV which I am not a fan of. Anyway it kept asking for a password this was my fault didnt know it. You help center were very nice. Unfortunately to this day my Direct TV remote turns it on/off sound/mute etc. But everyday I turn it on it goes to Direct TV something shut if off re-turn it on then it works. Quite a pain. I will say I love LG products Im considering a 55 for the Living room with clear voice. Not sure why they dont put speakers in front.

My grandfather bought this tv in October of 2022. he has had issues with the display ever since and hasnt gotten to actually use it more than 3 or 4 times. I have had my cable provider hotwire come to the house 6 times and I have spent over two hours trying to manage it. no one can figure out the issue. Best Buy will not take it back because it has been over 3 months... I have spent close to 5 hours on the phone with your customer service department and been told so many different things. I have been run through different test in multiple attempts to get it working over the phone. I have sent pictures of the device to you guys. I have been told that you would send a technician to the house to check on it... ALL I WANT TO DO AT THIS POINT IS RETURN IT AND GET A DIFFERENT TV I AM NOT SURE WHY IT IS SUCH A DIFFICULT TASK. IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS most recently over two weeks ago i was told that i can ship the tv to you guys and we could further escalate this matter that way. I was told I would receive a shipping label via email... I HAVE YET TO GET SAID SHIPPING LABEL. Again I dont even want this tv anymore. I want to return it for a full refund. No one ever got to enjoy it and every day that passes without this issue resolved is another disappointing day. Everything is in perfect condition. I need a shipping label. I need to send you the TV. I need a refund. This is getting ridiculous. I was even given a repair ticket number to check on the status but again I have yet to hear back from anyone so the number seems pointless. I am going to include it however so you have reference. The number is RNN230230060935. This needs to be taken care of immediately and as one of the leaders in the tech industry you have no excuse for why it wont be. Thank you I look forward to hearing back.

Bought this TV cause it Has Alexa Compatibility. Well it doesnt. I have tried on my own and thru your chat and in actual talking on the phone. Could not get our Echo Dot to work with the TV. Last comments from the technician were We have a problem and I will have to talk to someone. His name was Andre and he never called me back. This call was on a Friday Mar 10th and he was to call me back the next day. Still can not control the TV with our Amazon Alexa Echo Dot.

The arrow keys are TOO SMALL. When I try to use the arrow keys in bed when it is dark it is difficult to know what key I am touching so it inevitably ends up being the wrong key and I end up with the wrong selection. Try looking at the arrow keys on a ROKU stick. They are large and easy to use. Please change it and mail me a new new. Please enter me in the sweepstakes. This tv is good. Its versatile. Its wire free And it has all the streaming channels built in. Setup was easy. Picture and sound are just right. Power consumption is minimal. So good we got two of them. Best Buy had good prices. Best Buy and LG seem to be a good combination if your looking for this type of device.

We brought this about a month ago have been happy with picture quality and sound. We look forward to becoming familiar with the various abilities of this TV. Our biggest complaint is the manual and set up instructions are greatly lacking. There is so little information available that we needed to call support to get TV up and running. I must say that the support person was very patient with us as well as helpful in getting TV ready to use.

I bought this tv to replace an older 32 LED TV that was starting to go out. This tv was easy to set up and was easy to set up with our external speaker the older tv would not pair its remote with the speaker. All of the apps are easy to open with the included remote.

Disappointed with sound however as well as any operating instructions. How hard could it be you say Pretty hard for us seniors who are ditching our traditional cable service and going digital. I would buy these again
