Refrigerator died a few days after being installed

Fridge died a few days after arrival. LG sent technicians to try to fix 3 times and it still wasnt fixed. They want to send technician again but I have a new tenant moving in so I had to buy a new fridge. Ive been trying to get refund for over 2 months and still waiting for a call from their Presidential Liaison. Its been a very disappointing experience all around.

I bought this a few months ago and I love it Before we had one with French doors on top and freezer drawer on the bottom which was ok but now no bending over no crowded freezer that I cant put pizza boxes in. Great fridge without all the bells and whistles. Much better than the Electrolux we had and had to replace after 15 months. Cost us few thousand dollars. Customer service was terrible. Tried to connect with the president with the company but he ignored my request for him to email me. LGs customer service is much better.

This refrigerator has ample space on both sides The deli and produce drawers are spacious as well. My only complaint would be that the drawers have to be pulled from the bottom - it would have been nice to have the drawer pulls at the top of the drawer.

Next the doors werent level so I read the directions and used the tool that it came with nope didnt work. Called to have someone come and do it and they said you need a washer to raise the door. He did it and said thats a little better and left. Havent heard from anyone since. BIG THUMBS DOWN

This is the second one I purchased as I have a cottage. Love it. In door cooling keeps everything fresh. I prefer in freezer ice cube tray which is less of a mess then in door. Also takes up less space in the freezer.

Has been up and running for a month now and overall happy with purchase. We would purchase it again We were looking for a basic stainless steel side by side without ice crusher which takes up a lot of room. Great storage longer water dispenser opening nice looks and basic options except for tech added availability which I dont use. Some down side issues a little more noisy that I would like. Only stores enough cold water for 1 glass. Ice holder needs to have a grab space so you dont have to take it out. Water tasted funny for almost a week after installing and dispensing as instructed. Front leveling feet instructions are very confusing.
