had this model for a couple of weeks now, and we really like it a lot. gave it a 4 out of 5 stars, only for the lack of a deli tray. lighting is incredible inside. lots of storage. does have two drawers on the frige side, but i do wish they hung a deli drawer. ice make is clearly smaller in space than my old unit. nice having the freezer so tall.

This fridge is so sleek in design. It's tall and sturdy. The cooor of chrome is perfect to highlight any room. The size inside will hold good and drinks easily for a family of five. I am loving how cold the freezer gets. Stuff is frozen within an hour of putting in there. It's not noisy at all.

So far I really like this Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator but it is not perfect. I like the clean lines with the smooth front and there is a lot of room in the fridge and freezer. The LED lighting is nice and bright and there is also an alarm if you leave the door open too long. I also like the app so that I can monitor the fridge settings. Overall, I like this refrigerator but I have noticed a few things. It does have an issue with fingerprints and the metal dents easily. Overall, it is a nice, clean look fridge and I do like it.

RS28A500ASR – Stainless Steel model is really a cool, big size refrigerator. The stainless steel look enhanced the look of my kitchen . I really like this model's door type without handle . It gives the sleek and classy look. I prefer to buy without handle in future too. The monitoring through the Wi-Fi app is handy as it allows changing the temperature by remote and can also alert the owner when a door is opened. It's also capable of turning the ice maker on or off via the app. The built-in controls are located on the right side of the door frame and display the current status of the fridge and freezer. Coming to the shelves , they are not adjustable . Four racks and two large bins provide more space than my older one. The shelves are deeper . The door has bins throughout . They are wider and space. In freezer door they left the bottom without bin. In side by side model , only drawback is we can't keep large frozen packs like pizza as it is . We need to keep it diagonally . Overall I am so happy with the purchase. The installation also went like a breeze . I recommended this model to my friends who were looking for a budget friendly appliances.

I love my new refrigerator! It is huge and I now have lots more room for refrigerated items and freezer items. The fridge looks luxurious and the LED lights make it extra nice. It is sleek and modern looking. It makes me want to remodel my kitchen now. I have it hooked up with the water line and get my ice made and ready to go by the ice maker. My family loves that there is much more room and it's easy to find things with the many shelves it has. Also we love the alarm that sounds when the door has been open too long. This way I can yell at the kids to hurry and make their decision or close the door if they forgot for some reason. It is also easy to wipe off any fingerprints. There tends to be many when the little kids are constantly touching it.

I love my new Samsung side by side refrigerator! It's very modern looking and really gave an updated look to my kitchen! Being fingerprint resistant is also a big plus. It has ample storage space in both the refrigerator and freezer side. I was able to fit everything from my previous side by side refrigerator into it with ease. It cooled down quickly and started making ice in a surprisingly short amount of time. The brightly lit interior in both the refrigerator section and freezer section makes it easy to locate items. The Wi-Fi app is useful especially for notifying you if the door is not closed properly. Overall I really love the modern sleek design.

I love the minimalistic style of the fridge, the hidden handles are a great touch. As you can see from the photos, there's a ton of space. The LEDs are nice and bright in the fridge and freezer. Adding the fridge to my smart home was easy using the Smartthings app. You're also able to control the temperature and get alerts if the doors are left open, which is great if you have kids. I recommend turning on the power cool and power freeze settings in the app. The fridge reached the set temp within a few hours and the freezer took about a day to reach 0 degrees. Overall this is an amazingly sleek fridge that would look great in any kitchen.

right out of the box i noticed it to have a dent right on the front door of the freezer side. i also noticed right away that it is not finger print resistant as i have small children that are always in the refrigerator and there are constantly fingerprints all over my fridge. some of the writing isn't even spelled correctly on the information written on the side of the freezer. the drawer on the bottom gets stuck and the two shelves that are towards the bottom did not come with the plastic covering so i cannot even use them. i want my money back and my old fridge back!

I love this refrigerator. It has so much space inside. This is my first stainless steel appliance. You have to have really dirty hands to notice any fingerprints on it. I'm still adjusting the refrigerator temperature once in a while to get the perfect temperature. It cools really well. The ice maker is working great and making ice quickly. I haven't used the wifi much with it, just connected it and checked out the app a couple times. I'm glad I bought it. Hopefully I'll have it for many years.

bought this fridge after my old one the compressor failed on - this fridge is HUGE - I can fit pretty much everything in it - the wifi access is neat in that I can adjust the temps from my app - I did have to finagle with the temp settings as at the recommended settings my fridge was still till cold and was freezing stuff in the veggie drawers - love the icemaker and that it makes great ice - so far haven't had to change the filter yet.

Our 12-year-old fridge wouldn't maintain a safe temperature so I purchased this one because it would fit the space allowed. We like the open and easy-to-access interior. It took a while for the refrigerated side to get down to the proper temperature but has maintained it very well ever since. Also having the ice maker in the door frees up a lot of room in the freezer that was taken up in our previous unit. Overall we are quite pleased!

I bought this Samsung 28 cubic feet smart fridge 3 months ago after my brand new Whirlpool fridge had died after just 5 weeks. I returned the Whirlpool fridge and did a little more research before deciding on this Samsung side-by-side stainless fridge. It is very roomy and nicely lit with LED lights. It connects to wifi so I can check its status on my iPhone! If the door is left open, it will prompt me on my phone and the door alarm will also sound! It also shows the fridge and freezer temperature. It keeps steady temperatures well and runs very quietly. Stainless steel body is plus! It is easy to clean and practically looks clean by itself. I like it and my wife likes it even more and that is what counts!

Our last fridge sucked. It occasionally would randomly decide to defrost and then when it kicked back on, the melted ice would freeze causing the freezer draw to not close properly and our fridge would heat up. We dealt with that for 2 years before I decided enough was enough. This fridge so far has been profection. The delivery drivers were kind and efficient with setting it up and it runs as it should. I haven't had to worry about the temperature fluctuating and having the app give alerts is very handy. I almost forgot how a refrigerator is supposed to act like. Thanks, Samsung for reminding me.

I purchased the 28.0 cu. ft. Smart Side-by-Side Refrigerator RS28A500ASR. The Power Freeze function is great to quickly freeze frozen items that have thawed out a bit from the travel from the grocery store to home. The Power Cool is a nice function to cool down the refrigerator from the constant open and closing due to multiple family members going in and out of the refrigerator. The bright interior LED lighting is amazingly bright and makes finding items in the fridge easy. The 2-Minute Door Alarm is always nice to let you know if the fridge was left open for to long and a nice reminder to make sure it stays closed when not in use. The Samsung SmartThings App to control the temperature and monitor your refrigerator remotely is a very convenient way to check to make sure the rest of the family members are keeping the fridge closed when not in use to keep everything in it nice and cool. The fingerprint resistance surface definitely makes the constant fingerprints less noticable and if you do see them it's easy to wipe it clean. The large capacity easily houses all of our old refrigerators contents and has room for way more! All of the contents stay at a cool temperature even with multiple people opening and closing the refrigerator at different times of the day. I would still purchase this refrigerator at full price since it works so well!

I love this Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator. I was looking for something that was more minimalistic and had clean lines. This one works great. I just wanted something with a smooth front. This fridge has a lot of room and does a great job as a refrigerator and freezer. I love how bright the interior LED lighting is and also the 2-Minute Door Alarm, that lets you know when the door has been open for too long. I also downloaded the Samsung SmartThings App to control the temperature and monitor your refrigerator remotely. It is kinda cool but not something I will probably use often. I could see it being useful for someone with kids so that they could get alerts when the door is left open. Overall, I am very happy with this appliance. The only thing to note is that it does collect fingerprints.

I love my new refrigerator. It is roomy and there is a spot for everything. The doors allow for storage gallons of milk and juice. The drawer hold a weeks worth of fresh produce. The shelves are larger and allow for easy access to everything. The icemaker is in the door which frees up an entire shelf in the freezer. It keeps up with the ice demand and we have quit buying bags of ice. There are enough shelves in the freezer that everything is organized and in plain sight. The only thing I would change is the ice access. We gave a designated scoop. I recommend this refrigerator for anyone who needs a new roomy refrigerator.

We just received our new Samsung refrigerator this past week. So far we absolutely love it. Starting from the looks and how much it modernized our kitchen, to the smart home and app connectivity. Everything has been great so far! There is a ton of space inside. We went from having a small what I like to call an apartment sized fridge to this one. The amount of space is incredible, which is perfect for us as we grow our family. The app connectivity is extremely convenient for temperature control, as well as making sure old food is removed since we can log and date everything we put inside. The lighting is better than any refrigerator I have seen, there are no dark areas especially in the freezer. Additionally it matches all of the other Samsung appliances we had already put in our home, and like the others is extremely easy to keep clean with the fingerprint resistant surfaces. Overall we love this refrigerator and have yet to find anything negative about it.

I really like the look of his fridge. I love the fact that it actually has no handles that stick out on the outside. To open the door You have to put your hand inside I slot in the middle which Will not cause fingerprints to touch the front of the doors. Inside the fridge there's plenty of room on the refrigerator side to store many of the various size items that I have come across. I like that there is an ice maker inside and it doesn't show on the outside to keep the sleek look of the flat front. The freezer is a tad small but I do have a separate freezer to keep my frozen food in storage. I do like that the water filter is on the bottom of the fridge. This will allow me to change the filter and not have to move food around. The LED lighting is bright on the inside of the fridge. I do like the 2 minute door alarm to alert me when my children leave the door open.

fridge came defective. a wire covering was missing, but because it wasn't visible when it arrived. i have purchased it through homedepot. no one seems to want to take responsibility to replace the small covering. everyone is just giving me numbers to call which are all dead end since it is weekend. if i can't get replacement, i will just return the item within 48 hour window. plus if you purchased it online and never viewed it in store. the freezer section is very narrow and fridge overall is very deep.

my garage refrigerator finally bit the dust and decided to get this refrigerator. this was a really good price/value refrigerator. here are the pros: modern design super super quiet wifi connectivity shows current temperature for freezer/fridge as well as the settings, door closed or not, and energy consumption charts and daily energy usage. extra deep shelves well built great value shows current temp in freezer and frig on the control panel and set temperature super thick doors cons: not really a con but the refrigerator is extra deep. normally a refrigerator would have handles that stick out, but this refrigerator doors are the handles, so the actual depth of this refrigerator is the same as a refrigerator measurement that includes the handle bumpout.
