NO PURCHASE, CONTRIBUTION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PROMOTION IS SUBJECT to LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

This Giveaway (as defined below) is sponsored by County TV & Appliance (“CTVA”), located at 2770 Summer Street Stamford, CT 06905. CTVA is also the administrator of the Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway (as defined below), participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at CTVA discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of CTVA regarding this Giveaway are final and binding in all respects. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform.

1.GIVEAWAY TIMEFRAME: The Sonos Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on April 13, 2024 (the “Giveaway Timeframe”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 AM CT on April 13, 2024.

2.ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY who are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and currently reside in (and are physically located in) the Eligibility Area at the time of entry (“Participants”). Only individuals may enter; no entry from any corporation or other entity shall be accepted. This Giveaway is VOID outside of the Eligibility Area and where otherwise taxed, prohibited, or restricted. By participating in this Giveaway, each Participant, (a) accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, (b) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of CTVA, which are final and binding in all respects, (c) warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Giveaway, and (d) agrees to receive additional marketing communications from CTVA, from which Participant may opt-out of at any time.

3. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You may enter online by visiting County TV & Appliance’s website and completing the contest registration form during the Giveaway Timeframe and correctly follow the instructions to complete and submit all required information (which may include your name, a valid and active email address, mailing address, and phone number) in order to complete an entry into this Giveaway (individually, an “Entry” or collectively, the “Entries”). To be eligible as a Participant in this Giveaway, Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on April 13, 2024. All entry information must be complete to qualify. No changes to any Entry, Entry materials or information are permitted once submitted. All Entries become the property of County TV & Appliance and will not be acknowledged or returned. 4. HOW TO CLAIM: Participant must be able to provide basic contact information for themselves and or the nominee to claim the prize. The selected winner will be contacted by phone with instructions on how to receive the prize. Once chosen the winner will be responsible for claiming the prize at the County TV & Appliance store location. County TV & Appliance reserves the right to challenge, disqualify, or revoke an entry for any given reason if deemed necessary.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON

Bonus Entry: In addition to entering via the countytv.com website entry form, a Participant can receive a "Bonus Entry" for the following actions:

(a) Share the Giveaway post on Facebook or on your Instagram page or story. (Maximum of 5 bonus entries per share or repost during the Giveaway Period)

(c) Follow County TV & Appliance on Facebook and Instagram (maximum of 1 bonus entry per Participant)

5. PRIZE: The prize will be awarded subject to these rules. One (1) "Prize Winner" will receive one (1) prize consisting of: A Sonos Wireless Speaker item determined by County TV & Appliances. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize will be permitted. The Prize may not be combined with any other offer.

6. DISQUALIFICATION; DISCLAIMERS: Potential Prize Winner must take delivery of the Prize no earlier than April 14, 2024, and no later than July 31, 2024 CTVA reserves the right to terminate the person’s eligibility to participate in this and future promotions and giveaway offered by CTVA.
